  • You can edit the details you have provided to us while making the account by clicking on the ‘My Account’ tab. You can change your billing and shipping address, phone number and other important information on the site in a similar way.

     

  • How can I place an order?
  • Shopping at ZAAVIAY is easy: Use the e-store link to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top right of the page. You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on 'PROCEED TO PURCHASE' to complete your order and you’re done. Happy Shopping.

     

  • I did not receive any sales order summary, what does that mean?
  • If you don’t get one in your inbox, check your junk/spam folder and if it still isn’t there, call Customer Service at support@zaaviay.com or +92 300 (2027634) 

  • How will I know that you have received my order?
  • The Sales Order Summary emailed to you will act as confirmation that your order has been logged in our record. If you do not get this email, please contact Customer Services at support@zaaviay.com or +92 300 (2027634)

     

     

  • How can I check the status of my order?
  • As soon as your order is placed, you will be emailed an Order ID, along with your Order Confirmation. This is what will help you track your order(s). You can also check this ID when you sign in to the website. If you’re not a preferred customer, you may call or email our Customer Care with the tracking number information to find out the status of your order.

     

  • Can I cancel my order?
  • Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. Online payment based orders can only be cancelled within a week once placed. Please note that, we'll be unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.   • Can I add items to the existing order or make changes to an order?
  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed.

  • All payment information on our website is processed on a fully encrypted and secure platform and kept confidential with only authorized personnel having access to your information.

     

  • What should I do if my payment fails?
  • In case of a payment failure, make sure that the payment information you have provided is accurate. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally reimbursed to your bank account within 7 business days.   • In how many destinations is COD service available?
  • COD is only available in Pakistan.

     

  • How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?

  • How many times will the courier agent attempt to deliver my order in case I am unavailable to receive it?
  • Our delivery agents make two attempts to deliver a parcel. Kindly ensure that the address, country and area code while placing an order given is accurate. On the second failed attempt, the item(s) will be returned to us.
